What is the Soap Box?
The Soap Box is a sub-forum of the MM2C forums where people can get to know eachother. Afterall, our interests go beyond the Midtown Madness series, so a place to post about your grandmother, pets, hobbies etc. was made: the Soap Box.

Soap Box Guidelines
Unfortunately, the idea of an off-topic forum is abused easily. We have set up additional guidelines to prevent spamming / flaming throughout the forum. The Community Rules apply as well.

  1. No Signature Threads. Refrain from making any threads to show off your new signature. They are pointless and have become quite boring.
  2. No Attacks / Retaliation of any kind against a member, or group of members.
  3. Posts need to stay on topic. Even though this is an off-topic forum, hijacking / off-topic replies are not tolerated.
  4. A warning to keep the thread clean and on topic can be posted by a non-participating member of staff.
  5. If anything violating the guidelines is posted after this warning, the thread will be closed.
  6. Action without warning. We reserve the right to modify / delete your posts in the Soap Box without a warning.
  7. No Spamming. Spamming is characterized by the initiation of threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum or topic. Examples include: empty bodies, bodies with few words that have no relation to the current thread or discussion and those posts that state they are spam, either to annoy or increase a member's post count. This determination is made by the forum Moderator or Administrator and is not up for discussion.
  8. In case you are the last poster of a thread and wish to add something, please use the EDIT button instead of making a second reply.

If you feel the need to draw the immediate attention of the administration to a thread, please do not hesitate to message an administrator / moderator.

If anybody wishes to contest the action taken, they may do so by contacting either the staff member who dealt with it or myself.
