Slight thread hijack:- Is making cities in mm2 really hard or something, since nobody ever makes any? Or does it just take ages?

It's not hard--it's easy. A lot of things are automatically done by MM2City Toolkit. It can be pretty time consuming when making big tracks though.

I think it could only be easier if you had some kind of editor and only used the textures and objects from the game, had everything textured for you, and just moved things around and created the land.

Few people have enough interest in MM2 to put the time and effort into it that it requires to make a map though. I think that's all it really is.

These topics are weird. Shocked I've been observing the forum the last couple of months.. I see alot of topics like this, but the author never replies. Confused I mean, are they real? And if not, what is the point of it?

It makes sense to me. A person becomes interested in MM2 and does some searching, finds MM2 sites and registers to one, wants to model for it, posts asking how, starts a project and then realizes that it takes some work and can take a lot of time, they lose interest.

Or something like that. Razz

Or they are like me on other forums. Post there, get replies, and become too lazy to post again. Rolling Eyes
