Seems this has kind of turned into a 'post your office / pc / etc.' thread so I guess I'll play. Only PC pictured is my desktop, Laptop's and Server/Enterprise gear are out of the picture.

P4 3.0 HT EE / 4GB Memory / Quad GbE Nic / 1TB Internal / 550w PSU
30+ TB External via iSCSI & CIFS / Radeon XD 4650 512mb / Win7 x86 Professional

Monitors are Dell S2209W and S2409W displays, which I'll probably be swapping out shortly for 2 Sun Microsystems 24.1" Panels. The Samsung 19" to the left is for when my laptop gets docked.

Home network is all GbE on Cisco 2900 series hardware, storage is NetApp 2000 series and HP LeftHand.

That's quite the setup, I like it Smile
Just wondering, where is the "Server/Enterprise gear"?

Suspended rack in the basement, have 220A service from my main breaker running to an APC UPS / PDU.

Having it down there keeps everything significantly cooler, and quieter. Alot of equipment comes in and out as I demo / test gear so its also much easier not to carry everything through the rest of the house.

It goes with my line of work, I always have a bunch of test/dev gear laying around the house. The majority of my stuff is in my lab at the office but occasionally stuff comes home with me to toy with.

Due to some unfortunate events, I've required to move.

Yep, that's the Lego set 8043 (got the service pack for it, too). I've also got 8258 on display on top of my (gorgeously new) drawers.

Wooo, finally got a new laptop! I'll get a photo later... but here are the specs:

Core i7 at 2GHz (up to 2.9 with intel's whatever)
8GB DDR3 RAM (not sure of the speed, good either way)
1.5TB of space (2 x 750GB drives)
ATI Radeon HD6770m for graphics (woo, finally non-integrated)
Plays but doesn't burn bluray
Beats audio (sounds good for built in laptop speakers, has a tiny woofer)
Screen is 17.3", at 1600x900 pixels

Not really sure what else there is to list... Oh yeah:

<3 it.

I lol'd.

Also, pretty low resolution screen given it's size, and blu-ray-ness. Neutral

The resolution is the same as what I've always been used to, so it works for me (the 19" non-widescreen on our desktop was 1280x1024, other laptop is 17" and 1440x900, PCs at school were also non-widescreen 19" at 1280x1024).
However I do agree, these days I'd expect 1920x1080 on something this size.
Then again, it's only 320x180 pixels short Razz

using an old pic because the only thing that's changed is my 4GB ram has been upped to 8GB, and my HD 5770 has been changed out for a Sapphire HD 6950.
