I don't really want to bump this, but I feel I have to as I have a question.

The method that Marez mentioned isn't possible if the vehicle is locked, as WinRar displays a message that the archive is corrupt. And you frown upon people who force they way into locked archives. However, the Ultimate Tweaker does work, but it doesn't allow horsepower lower than 300 and doesn't allow full steering wheel rotation. Any way to get around this? Thanks. Smile

300 is the lowest HP value in MM2, I think also for steering it's similar

Are you sure about this? I question that because I was driving a bus the other day, and the wheels weren't turning far enough around, so I went to edit this in Ultimate Tweaker, worked successfully, but then the bus was accelerating noticeably faster, and the steering wheel rotation had been cut down to a lower amount of degrees. I never touched the horsepower, I never touched the steering wheel rotation. But when I clicked save, Ultimate Tweaker saved the horsepower value as 300. As that was what was displayed as the lowest value in the program. So my guess would be that the horsepower originally would have been a value lower than 300. Neutral Any help please?

Of course you can have less than 300, I've done tuning less than that. Same for weight, you can go above 7500. The steering wheel rotation needs to be rectified in the NAME_dash.asnode file, I think it's the RPMRotMin value. Personally I like it around 0.65, that seems to fit in well about the same as other buses like Joey's etc.

But no, really speaking you must do it by hand to the tuning files to get it right like this.

Well you'll have to live with it. That's the point, they're locked so you can't change them Rolling Eyes

It's not the way I'd do it, but if people so wish to lock their work so people can do naught to it then it's their decision.

in the _dash.asnode file theres a value labelled as WheelFact - for a reallistic 1800 turn lock-to-lock (2 and a half turns left and 2 and a half turns right) I use WheelFact (TAB) 15.75. Smile

I haven't got a clue why I said RPMRotMin, LOL
