No way, it's a Daewoo, can't you tell. Mr. Green

Well...it's 101k polys with four spoked wheels. Actual car so far is 59,468 polys.

Fer those who fergot, you can go back in the thread to see this pic:

and more here;

Just needs seats and a dash, and the engine. With everything, the car should total around 130-140k. And I'll never do it again, working at this detail level is agonizingly slow. Got 6 hours of work in the damn door jambs alone.

Thanks for your responses, without them I prolly wouldn't be doing this crap. Hehe

I now remembered it too. It'll be sad to leave that great car covered in dust
on yer HD without finishing it.

Thanks Smile Yeah, got a bunch of gta cars out, thanks to the converting master Mindf*ck. He's GTA's Riva.

Well, got some more interior work done. I actually thought I'd be done with it by then end of the weekend, but oh well. Here's what I got done so far.

Still have to make the steering wheel, column, pedals and rear view mirror, and make textures. Nothing in the pics is textured or final.

The int so far weighs in at 23041, bringing the caddys total to 120 something.

You sir, are a freak! Haha, just kidding. Wow. 120k. It definitely cant go into MM2 now.

Interior looks fabulous! It looks so clean. I guess textures could have done the job for the cushions, but whatever makes you happy. Smile

Oh, next time, change the wireframe color so that it contrasts against the model's textures. Cant see much at the moment. Razz

Actually at this point it probably could (supposedly some 120K+ cars have been put into mm2), but Burner mentioned it being as high as 135K polies or something so the final model probably won't be mm2 friendly.

Woot Woot Woot ! I love these details, very nice interior.

Noway Silent. We can ! I want this car so much Drool

Everything will depend on vertices for the bodywork, besides we can remove the useless parts for MM2, of course if Burner agree.

120k polies isn't a limit for MM2, just for some PC systems Mr. Green The only default for a MM2 addon (except the vertices count for the main parts) it's the concentration of too many details in the same place (vertices/polycount doesn't matter in this case).

Knowing the skills of Burner a bit, I doubt that this is a problem, everything is perfectly balanced.

BTW also we can use some of these details as unbreakable parts.

Pray over so that this car are a reality for MM2

Mr. Green

Well, it's 120k for everything. The wheels are 10,419 each. With diferent wheels, and subracting the trunk/engine/door jambs, your looking at a 65k car prolly.
