Aaanyway, here's my addition to the range of mods for it.

Basically I have made some new sounds and also put them into different keys so that you can use this mod in multiplayer. When you are typing away and all the sounds start playing, doesn't it annoy you? lol

Anyway all the more important sounds have been moved to the keys F5-F12 and 1-9. In multiplayer, the only problem would be writing the route number - problem solved. Use the NUM Keypad on the other side of the Keyboard... >>> look over there. Smile

Here are the sounds listed:

1 - Optare indicator sound.
2 - 'Tick Tock' indicator sound.
3 - high-pitched 'beeping' sound, common amongst Dennis Darts and some others.

5 - Bell sound.

7 - Air Release (After handbrake is put on)
8 - Air Release (After handbrake is taken off)
9 - Small Air Release

F5-F7 - Ticket Machine beeping
F8 - Ticket Printing

F10-F12 - Different Door sounds.

Just incase you don't like this mod though, I reccommend you back-up the original files. Smile

Download here!

Just extract the sounds into the folder where the original sounds were. Smile

while I agree this bus indicator mod would work nicely, you seem to forget that people who use fraps need the F10 and F11 keys, one for screenshots and of course the one for benchmarking, couldn't you find alternative buttons instead of F10 F11 and F12? lol

Much appreciated Liam Smile and Admins too, for clearing thing up.

I had better get something out too...

I have channeled my door sounds to go through the left speaker only, gives a more 3d effect Razz

You mustn't be downloading the right files. But... download.

I shoved all the needed files in a zip, along with the exe.

I can see you're new, we really don't need to quote big posts like that. Wink

Do you mean the commentary sounds? If you can't hear them, then you must have turned them off. So re-enable them. Or, when you installed MM2 you may have done a small install which only includes a commentary sound for each city. The sounds are in a .dll So reinstall if you want the original sounds.
