Hello, I have this tutorial for making a car for MM1. I followed it and got a car into MM1! Smile This is a lowpoly Mazda RX-7. It is not even close to completion. It will have an interior and a low poly driver. I still need to finish texturing it too. Pics:

Looks pretty rough, but that's what I like about a lot of MM1 cars Smile
Good work, once again

Great cars! Why not make them for MM2? Even as a new traffic mod? Very Happy

Also, I wonder how you texture like that, its amazing. Especially how you get the headlights and taillights (because they are on the corners of the car) correctly. Can I see how you texture them like that? Maybe show a raw texture file (but in JPG format) like this:

Thanks!

Silent, you just crop the sides on where you want the sides to end, and you UV map it and make sure the lines are places correctly so the sides are even. Wink BTW, great texture! Did you make it? I need to learn to make textures like that.

Thanks for the replys. Smile I have updated the civic, and it is almost finished. I finished the interior. I did make the seats, but didnt make the driver or seat and driver textures. I might make a dash, it seems easy enough. I finished the lights. I made side mirrors and edited the front texture so that is almost the same color of the side texture so that it looks better. I will also do this for the back. It has a little more than 900 polys. Should I release this one?

Civic needs windows. Other than that you should release it. Did you use
alpha channel for the windows ? If yes, you could adjust it on some dark
grey, not all black ( for the alpha channel ).

ITN_Tuning, the .BMP format doesn't allow for alpha channels. Sad Anyways, I started a new car, an 05 Ford Mustang GT. Smile Pics below.

This is great modeling! I cant stop looking at it. In fact, I planned this car for my MM2 traffic mod.

I wonder, did you use blueprints to model it? Where do you get the side, front, back pics to use for textures?

EDIT: If you can make a police paintjob, it would be a great replacement for the default MM2 cop car. Wink
