Post subject: Help!! Reply with quote

Hi, i am being repeatedly hacked on facebook and msn. It is me, im not trying to hack someone else. Anyway, i think the hacker keeps changing my password to the same thing. Im wondering, is there a way for me to find out my password, without resetting it?

Typically not, as a security measure.

Don't make your password "hippos" on every account you have.

What makes you say you're being hacked?
If you are being hacked, why are you being hacked?
And, have you hacked someone else to make them hack you back?

There is a feature in Account settings that alerts you when your account has been logged in on another computer. So I'd enable that. Also, create a long password, their less easy to pwn. And the obvious thing, don't tell anyone your password.

1: get decent Anti Virus
2: change the password to something at least 8 alpha-numeric characters long with at least one Capital letter and one number
3: don't use the same password for every different account
4: don't save the passwords in Internet Explorer or whatever other browser you use.

5: Don't use Internet Explorer full stop. It's insecure and makes you vulnerable to clever little ****. Neutral

Use something like Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari or even Opera. Me? Well I'd go for Chrome or Opera..

Last time I used Opera, it caused me to have ping in the range of 600ms to 1s Razz
I'd recommend Chrome or Firefox.

You'll need some common sense to go with that lot, too.
