Just be generous with the amount of BAI sections per road to make the curves fit the roads as precise as possible. Angel used many sections, they even wasted quite a lot on straight roads.

Yes i will try that, i didn t use many sections because my program can t support more than 2 sections, if you want to have a bai which works, but i will change that Wink

Nice! Are they placed automaticaly? Hmm, that hudmap looks familiar. Wink

Well, here's how I think the AI curves work (green = sections, red = curve):

Now.

Soon?

The BAI sections should be generated independent of the PSDL road sections in hard turns. Somehow.

Shocked Whow! Is the bai generated only exporting a 3ds with "road and intersection blocks" or is needed to do it separated to the psdl?

I think you might be making the points on the curves (I forget what they're called Confused) that define how they go too far from the actual points, making it do funny S curves Confused The closer they are, the nearer it is to a straight line from A to B.

The so-called hermite curves seem to be calculated to hit the sections orthogonal, as visualized in my neat post above. To make a straight line between two sections, the sections have to be parallel. I hope my posts are understandable... Wink
