Post subject: freaky textures - help!!! Reply with quote

does anybody know what this is and what I should do to get rid of it?!
I think it happened when I imported it from the pkg... if there is no way to get rid of it I guess I'll have to start over with all the parts again Crying or Very sad

by the way, it's not a texture conflict, I've renamed the textures several times... Neutral

the textures in this pic are supposed to be red and white Confused

Snowball @ your service!

Try checking that your textures are 24-bit uncompressed, delete all materials in zmod (don't worry, mapping position will remain) and then make new ones, with the correct names, and assign them to the textures again, then assign those textures to your face (it can be really hard knowing which faces are assigned to which materials, but it works ok most of the time ).

Re-export... if THAT doesn't work, you'll probably have to thoroughly check every single setting in zmod... or something Very Happy

EDIT: You STILL didn't fix the normals on those of mine wheels? Surprised .

fix em! they'll look SOOOO much better (as you know)

Snow: those things were the first things I checked Very Happy lol I have a feeling that it could have something to do with the fact that I imported the pkg and then exported again... dunno... :S

and about those wheels, I won't use them anyway Wink It'll have three-spoked stock rims.
