hmmm... I guess you're right, but it's always nice to brainstorm ideas.

** Raises hand ** In fact I didn't care about having a 4th edition since Xbox 360 was released. But once the 3rd isn't on the compatibility list, having a 4th one would be a good idea. Neutral

You're most certainly right. Afterall, it would be nice to see MM in highdef
again. Come to think of it... you get a much sharper image on your PC with MM1 and 2 than with MM3. (ex. Computer monitor: generally 1024 pixels wide, StandardDef TV: generally only about 320 I think)

I meant maybe they didnt bother making mm3 work on Xbox 360 because they are going to make mm4. Sorry about the confusion.

Again, its possible but unlikely.

For sure, I also prefer PC resolution for obvious reasons. But imagine IF they'll really make a 4th edition (what it seems impossible) - I doubt they would make it for PC, even less now when they wanna sell their Xbox 360. Our reason for not liking TV version is getting out-to-date - btw who buys an Xbox 360 also buys an HDTV.

If mm4 as made I would not want to buy an xbox 360 just to play one game. So [b]if it was made I'd hope they'd make a pc version. Anyway I probably wouldn't have the money.

I wouldn't say the same. I'd love having an 360 because there are some other games that I also like and they're only for it. But it'd be awesome to have MM3 on the compatibility list.

I don't know about you but I don't think there's been a single truly new game since about 2000. MM1 was innovative because it allowed you to go wild and have all of those unjustified invisible walls you found in most games removed. MM2 introduced this concept with about 30 cars and 2 cities. GTA III and Vice city added another dimension by allowing you to get out of your car. Since then I'd say it's only been sequels and the same thing but with slightly better graphics over and over. Also, there are alot less PC releases, and when there are some, the games are either boring or require you to replace every chip on your motherboard only to have to go over that same process all over again a year later.

Here's a wild and crazy as well as almost impossible idea:
A PC game that incorporates the whole world like Flight Simulator including space, having almost nothing supplied with the game, only geography of the Earth and a very flexible add-on feature. The game will be maintained by its users, they will create the models and functions themselves as to allow for planes, space ships, cars, boats, trains ect. and people. This will be a game to last ages. MM2 is highly customizable and were it not for this it would probably be as forgotten and boring as NFSII. This crazy idea is based on customization.

LOL That was the 1st thing I remembered reading the features. But both MM and GTA were the pioneers of free-roaming, no matter if it's about driving, walking, flying, being a criminal...

If they ever make an MM4 it would be good to get in and out of cars. and like switching your car to another and when your in a taxi people at times get into your taxi. heck add in some skate boards and motorcycles
